We are working with a client to hire a Project Manager. If you have a background in mechanical engineering, HVAC-R, or industrial refrigeration....look no further! Our client is the leading refrigeration services and design-build provider in the Mid-Atlantic. They offer planned maintenance and service, engineering, and installation. This Project Manger will help ensure projects are delivered seamlessly and on-time, all while maintaining high quality and service. You will manage the installation and implementation of refrigeration (mechanical) systems for industrial and commercial facilities.
To thrive in this role, you must have experience in construction or engineering, since the job requires reading and interpreting plans and specifications, working with internal team and clients on project scheduling, tracking and reporting financial performance, supervising construction and service personnel on project installation and commissioning, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with engineers, field staff, customers, general contractors and end users.

- Understand of budgeting, cost estimates and schedules
- Review and understand scopes of work and contracts.
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and mange shifting priorities.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and timely.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum 2-5 year experience in Project Management
- Experience in Refrigeration or Construction industry, or transferrable field
- Bluebeam experience is a bonus
- Proven track record excelling in project planning, resource management, risk management, communication management, and quality management
- Willingness to travel (Typically 10-20%)
